Pragmatism

Obama’s “pragmatic” approach to choosing Souter’s replacement. You know what? I don’t even know where to begin with this. This week after I finish my own exhaustive look at what jurisprudence is and what it is not, then I will tackle this bad boy.

Interesting sidenote: This article was written by “Mr. Schaefer[,] professor of political science at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass.” I love connecting philosophical maps. I wonder if he taught J Thomas!
