There’s a bar like this in London — can’t wait to try this NYSE-themed New York cousin!
The Exchange Bar & Grill, in NYC’s Grammercy Park neighborhood will let prices fluctuate based on the demand of certain items. It is an idea clearly conceived from the goings-on on Wall Street.
A ticker tape flashes menu prices in red lettering as demand forces them to fluctuate, with customers driving can prices up and down in $.25 cent increments, but will most likely plateau at a $2 change in either direction.
Owners Levent Cakar and Damon Bae admit the stock exchange theme is a gimmick “Its definitely something a little bit different,” said Bae. “There is a little bit of a twist.”
